Employees of Basis 2023
2023. There are 40 of us, most of us are architects under 35. Among us are those who, together with Ivan Ohapkin, created Basis in 2017. Tanya Kozlova and Kostya Pastukhov "built Basis" from scratch. Our core team remains almost unchanged, we've been working together for many years. But we are always waiting for like-minded people to join the team, who, like us, are ready to develop in architecture and keep a high standard of quality, sometimes fighting on the construction site, in order to make a realisation that is not to be ashamed of.
