BOTANIC GARDEN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The main task was to program the interior of a large residential complex so that people would like to spend time here. The architects of Basis designed 2 main points of attraction - 2 amphitheaters with different characters. On the bright amphitheater of the sports area, you can practice yoga, sunbathe, and watch the game. The amphitheater of the public area of the Life Botanical Garden residential complex is designed for relaxing in the shade of trees, working with a laptop, friendly meetings or a game of chess. Its multilevel plants create a sense of privacy and comfort.  

Thoughtful assembly and installation of tubs with trees in a concrete amphitheater are the engineering features of the project. To prevent the water from stagnating, special tubes were diverted from each tub, draining the water into the receiving tray, and then into the storm drain. A non-standard engineering solution required calculating the drainage system, the size of the tubs, the size of the water hole, the volume of soil, and so on.

In addition to creating memorable amphitheaters with sun beds and chess tables, volleyball and football playgrounds were decorated, additional landscaping was done, competent cladding materials were selected for dividing tubs with plants in different areas, elements for the next stage of landscaping were thought out, but most importantly, a sought-after space was created, popular with residents of this complex.
