A distinctive feature of the project is the preservation of the historical master plan, due to which two green parks with a total area of about 1 hectare are formed inside the territory of the residential complex, with an area of 4.5 hectares, as well as private courtyards with terraces-small quiet islands with picturesque landscaping.
Since the architecture of the project combines several styles, we also tried to use materials in landscaping that refer to several architectural eras. Laconic furniture, referring to the architecture of constructivism, is found here, with small terrazzo and breccia in a modern interpretation. Crushed marble of various sizes is mixed with concrete. Studying historical photographs of interiors, we were inspired by materials and shapes, and then integrated them into landscaping.
