The bureau was founded in 2017 by architect Ivan Okhapkin, who has always strived for decisions in the bureau to be made by the team, not just by the leader. We are open-minded, professional and ambitious. Our team doesn’t work on paper architecture, but on the implementation of real projects.
Team
We love our office because it is our second home and we designed it together with the team. That is why it turned out to be simple, functional and convenient for work.
It is located in a transport-friendly place in Moscow, which adds to its comfort.

We continue to develop, and with it the number and scale of projects we carry out grows.
In the near future we plan to launch new projects that will meet modern requirements and standards. In addition, we plan to expand our team and attract new specialists to meet the growing demand for architectural services.

- Study the design areas
